Welcome inside
Uniquely located 2-storey townhouse with sea views from the terrace. A lovely kitchen where you can enjoy the view of a lovely garden while stirring pots on the stove and chatting with friends and family who join you in the kitchen. The kitchen is angled towards the living room, from which there is access to the most gorgeous viewing terrace, which is partially covered. You can also choose to cook on the barbecue and use the dining area outside. Inside the living room on the 1st floor, there is a great dining area also with a view. You can relax in the infrared sauna, with a good book on the sofa, play one of the games available or watch a good film on the TV.

Enjoy life outside
You'll probably want to spend as much time as you can enjoying the view from the terrace, but if you feel like playing a little ball, the holiday home also has a lovely, level garden. You are 400 metres from a child-friendly blue flag beach. In summer, the beach is a hive of activity with surfers, beach vol­ley­ball, beach animals and food trucks.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
You may not need to use your car from the moment you arrive until you have to leave. The house is so centrally located in the old market town of Ebeltoft, which has so many wonderful sights, acti­vi­ties and places to eat that you can walk to most eve­ryt­hing. At the harbour you can eat delicious food at the re­stau­rants and buy fish, wine and Italian spe­ci­a­li­ties. As you walk along the promenade from the harbour to the city, you can enjoy beautiful glass art at the local glassblowers and at the Glass Museum and visit the Frigate Jylland. Enjoy beautiful Ebeltoft with its cobbled streets, lovely shops and re­stau­rants, the old town hall where the registrar is busy marrying people from near and far. And don't forget to visit the Malt Factory, where there's always something exciting going on. Don't miss out on a visit to the Malt Factory, where there are often events and concerts. Also visit the Glass Museum, which has its own permanent exhi­bi­tion and always has an exciting guest exhi­bi­tion on the programme. Take a walk along the promenade from the city to the harbour where you can buy fresh fish, Italian de­li­ca­cies or delicious wine and cheese. You can also grab a delicious dish at one of the re­stau­rants or a good cup of coffee at the exclusive coffee shop. Djurs som­mer­land, Ree Park, Mols bjerge are also nearby, but you'll have to drive or cycle there.
