Welcome to a holiday home that is more than suitable for the annual family reunion, extended weekend or summer holiday for several families together.

The holiday home has many great fa­ci­li­ties for all ages, so you have the ideal setting for a great stay.

There is room for 8 adults and 2 children in 4 bedrooms and on a landing. There are four double beds with good box mattres­ses and two single beds. So you can divide the space to suit your family.

Ground floor:

The heart of the house is the large kitchen-dining room with plenty of space for you all around the table. Directly connected to the dining room is the living room with a large sofa and a fantastic view of the garden and sur­ro­un­ding fields.

There is a TV with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian channels + Chro­mecast, from which you can stream your own TV subscrip­tion. The internet speed is 100/100.

The living room also has a wood-burning stove, which can be used on chilly days when you want to relax on the sofa with a good book or a good film.

From the dining room, there is direct access to one of the house's terraces, where there is a lovely dining area and a large gas barbecue where you can prepare the day's meals.

The beautiful kitchen has all the modern amenities you will need during your stay. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a freezer. So you will have clean towels and re­fres­hing ice cream in the freezer.

There is also a great activity room with table tennis, darts and a Wii games console. We have no doubt that all playful souls will love to spend time here and perhaps organize the annual family battle in various games.

Adjacent to the activity room is the most lovely bedroom with a high double bed and at the entrance to the house is another bedroom with a double bed.

There is a bathroom with toilet and shower on the ground floor.

1st floor:

Sleeps 6 in 2 cozy bedrooms and 2 nice single beds on the landing.

The bedrooms have high ceilings and great views. One bedroom has direct access to the bathroom with toilet and shower. The bathroom can be accessed from two sides.

Enjoy life outside
The location of the house is unique. Close to town, beach, forest and with nature right outside the door. The house is situated on a 4000 m2 block with plenty of space for eve­ryt­hing.

There are several terraces, both open and covered. There is garden furniture, sun loungers and cozy corners where time stands still and life can be enjoyed. Naturally, there are sun umbrellas and awnings if you need a rest in the shade.

For the active, there is a large lawn with 2 football goals, a large tram­po­li­ne, plenty of space for free play, a bonfire area where the family can relax backing small breads on sticks and tall tales in the late hours of the night.

There is a hot tub and a fantastic outdoor sauna with a mag­ni­fi­cent view of the co­un­trysi­de.

It is a balm for the soul and body.

There is plenty of space for parking cars in the driveway.

The holiday home is located in a quiet area just 450 metres from the lovely sandy beach. The beach is ideal for swimming, relaxing, playing or long walks all year round.

There are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for grocery shopping in the area and a number of grocery stores are just 2 ki­lo­metres from the house.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Ju­els­min­de is a 5-minute drive from the holiday home and is cha­ra­cte­ri­sed by its lovely maritime harbour, child-friendly beaches and the pleasant town centre with several exciting shops, good shopping op­portu­ni­ties, re­stau­rants and at­tra­ctions.

At the harbour, you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce the nice at­mosp­he­re of the marina and perhaps enjoy a freshly cooked fish at the re­stau­rant and visit the ice cream kiosk.

You can also challenge the family in mini golf, catch crabs on the jetty or simply enjoy the view and maritime at­mosp­he­re.

Discover the brand new Nature Play Park in Ju­els­min­de with 8 metre high play towers located on top of Odels­b­jer­get, a wealth of play equipment, fa­ci­li­ties, courses and chal­len­ges, as well as 2 new padel tennis courts. The varied range of acti­vi­ties means you can play and be chal­len­ged for hours.

If you want to enjoy a round of golf, Ju­els­min­de Golf Course is just 850 metres from this holiday home.

Ju­els­min­de is also close to many of Jutland's biggest at­tra­ctions such as Legoland and Givskud Zoo.
