The holiday home has a new kitchen in con­nection with the dining area and a large living room with a wood-burning stove. The house is renovated in 2012 with bright surfaces, wooden floors and new furniture. There is also a new bathroom with shower, un­der­floor heating and washing machine. The holiday home has 4 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms with two single beds each and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds. One bunk bed is a junior bunk bed (70*140 cm). The holiday home is bike-friendly and child-friendly. There is a children chair and cot as well as a playroom.

The garden is unique with many exciting details and lovely corners around the garden. The holiday home has a lovely large tiled terrace with garden furniture. Here the whole family can sit and enjoy their holiday in the Danish summer weather. There is also an outdoor shower with ther­mosta­ti­cal­ly con­trol­led solar-heated water. New covered terrace with lounge furniture of 17 m2 where the sun can be enjoyed all day and evenings under the patio heater.

The holiday home is located at Dyngby Strand. The holiday home is located in a peaceful holiday home area. From the shore, you can enjoy the sunrise and the beautiful view of the sea. It is a peaceful and quiet place for con­tem­p­la­tion and a great respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The lovely harbour town of Hou is close by and offers great shopping op­portu­ni­ties. From Hou there are several daily ferries to both Tunø and Samsø. Dyngby Strand is a 25-minute drive from Aarhus and a 10-minute drive from Odder. In Aarhus, we recommend visiting the Old Town or taking the family to Tivoli Friheden.
