This bright 2-storey summer house has many beautiful details and a fantastic atmosphere. The house invites you to enjoy good times in front of the wood-burning stove and on the terrace with sea views.

Interior
The summer house has been continuously modernised, which has resulted in a tasteful and cosy interior.

The house has a practical entrance hall with plenty of storage space and a washing machine and tumble dryer. From the entrance hall there is access to a bright and spacious bedroom with a double bed and private access to the terrace and garden. From the entrance hall, you enter a bright hallway with storage space, tiled floor and direct access to the terrace. From here you can access the second bedroom, which is smaller but also furnished with a double bed. The bathroom is in this part of the house and is a newly renovated bathroom with tiles on the walls and floor.

The large and open-plan space has the living room and kitchen in the same room. This makes it easy to spend many hours together, whether you're in the kitchen or comfortably seated on the sofa.
The kitchen is bright and functional, with plenty of light coming in from the windows facing the green garden. The kitchen includes an oven with hob, dishwasher and coffee machine, so you'll have everything you need to prepare your holiday meals.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table and a fireplace where you can warm up and get cosy on cold evenings. There is also a sofa and comfortable chairs, where you can switch on the wall-mounted TV with Danish and German TV channels. The living room has large windows and garden doors facing a south- and north-facing terrace, allowing plenty of natural light to stream into the open-plan space.

In the centre of the kitchen-dining room is a nice angled staircase up to the 1st floor. Here is another lovely living room where the large windows and the east-facing terrace steals your attention. There is direct access to a lovely terrace overlooking the sea.

On the first floor there is also a cosy sofa area where you can relax and enjoy the view, play a board game or turn on the TV. You can also settle in and immerse yourself in a book in the large, bright bay windows. On the 1st floor is also the 3rd bedroom with a double bed. It is a cosy and brightly decorated bedroom with plenty of space and windows facing west.

Outdoor
The summer house is slightly elevated, so on the 1st floor there is a fantastic terrace overlooking the water at Dyngby Strand. The terrace has comfortable garden furniture and a parasol, so you can fully enjoy the summer days and the sunrise from here. In addition to the terrace on the first floor, there are several open terraces where you can always find shelter. From the kitchen-dining room, there are garden doors and terraces on each side of the house, so you can find the perfect spot depending on the weather and wind. On the west side of the house, there is also a partially covered terrace with several garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. Surrounding the house is a lovely lawned garden. There is also an outdoor shower, so it's easy to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Location
The summer house is just 75 metres from a child-friendly sandy beach, the popular Dyngby Beach. Here you can swim, relax by the water or go for a walk.

The east coast of Jutland offers several lovely beaches, and just north of the house is Saksild beach, where it is also possible to rent Stand up paddle equipment, buy a large ice cream or play mini golf in the summer.

Just a 15-minute drive from the summer house is Hou ferry harbour, where there are daily ferries to Samsø and Tunø. This makes it ideal for a day trip to one of the islands in the Kattegat-sea.

At the same time, it's just a 10-minute drive to the town of Odder and a 25-minute drive to Aarhus, Denmark's second largest city. In Odder you can visit Odder Museum, which has a unique collection of weapons from the last 400 years, or you can compete against each other at the bowling centre. Odder also has a wide selection of grocery stores and a cosy pedestrian street with cafés and specialty shops.

In Aarhus, you'll find a wide range of cultural attractions such as Aros Art Museum, Tivoli Friheden and the historic town: Den Gamle By.
