The holiday home is on 2 levels, with sea views from almost every room.

In the combined kitchen-dining room, you can enjoy the beautiful sea view while enjoying a good meal. And with access to the large terrace, it is also possible to enjoy your meal outdoors. Entering the living room offers panoramic views of the sea, so even if the weather is gloomy, you can sit on the sofa and enjoy the view while the fire in the wood-burning stove crackles. There is also access to the terrace from the living room. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with access to a small balcony with sea views. A room with 2 single beds, also with sea views. As well as a room with a double bed. The holiday home has a bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a guest toilet on the 1st floor.

Outdoor
From the living room and kitchen-dining room there is access to a large north-east facing terrace with plenty of op­portu­ni­ty to gather the whole family for a barbecue. The terrace and garden have lovely little corners, so a favourite spot will be easy to find. On the other side of the house, there is a large south-west-facing terrace where there is also space to gather the family. From the garden there is a direct path to the beach and garden furniture right down to the water. In the garden, you can gather around the fire pit to warm you up by the fire. There is an extension in the garden with a toilet and shower. The out­bu­il­ding has a laundry room with washing machine.

Location
The holiday home is perfectly located with direct access to the beautiful sandy beach at Saksild Strand. The house is secluded yet close to Vaf­fel­hu­set and Re­stau­rant Bon­de­hu­set, where you can enjoy a good meal or a cup of coffee and a piece of cake. Not far from the holiday home is Odder town, where there are several good shopping op­portu­ni­ties and a pe­de­stri­an street with lovely shops. Denmark's second largest city, Aarhus, is just north of the holiday home area and from Saksild Strand it is possible to take the bus to the city via the coastal route.
