Cosy sum­mer­hou­se with a lovely garden, close to Rude Beach

This cosy sum­mer­hou­se from 1989 is only 300 meters from the beautiful Rude beach. The house has many cosy corners and a wonderful, green garden, so you can enjoy your holiday both indoors and outside.

Interior

The sum­mer­hou­se is well main­tai­ned and modern with nice decor and furniture that im­me­di­a­te­ly makes you feel com­fortab­le. The kitchen is centrally located and it is in open con­nection with both the living room and the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals. There is an oven and microwave, dis­hwas­her, coffee machine and fridge-freezer. The kitchen is nicely divided by a half wall, so you have a good overview and can socialize with the other guests, no matter where you are in the kitchen/living room. Next to the kitchen is a cosy alcove with sleeping places and the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to relax with a good book. Here is also the dining table, which is cosily furnished with large windows, which provides a good view of the garden.

In the living room there is a lovely sofa corner and a com­fortab­le armchair, where you can relax and turn on the TV with Danish and German TV channels as well as a Chro­mecast, so it is possible to stream your own content via mobile/tablet and the free WiFi. However, you can also light up the wood-burning stove, which is in the center of the room and provides both warmth and cosiness. From the living room there is access to a lovely, covered terrace, which becomes an extension of the living room when the weather permits, and it is perfect to take your meals outside in the garden furniture.

The holiday home has 2 good bedrooms and a loft above the living room with 2 mattres­ses. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other smaller bedroom has a double sofa bed with room for 2 people. The bathroom has a shower and un­der­floor heating and there is also a washing machine available.

The holiday home is at­mosp­he­ric and at the same time it is inviting with light-coloured wooden ceilings and walls throug­hout and beautiful plank floors.

Outdoors
From the living room there is access to a covered wooden terrace facing south, so you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun here. From the terrace there is a descent to a beautiful tiled terrace. On the terrace are several garden furniture and sun loungers to relax in. There is also a barbecue, so it is obvious to prepare and enjoy your meals outside on the terrace, where it is possible to find sun, shade and shelter. Large trees and mature shrubs surround the plot, so you can be com­ple­te­ly secluded on the plot. The garden is very well main­tai­ned, and it invites you to many good hours outdoors, where you can enjoy the tranqui­li­ty between the fine flower beds and trees. There is also the op­portu­ni­ty to challenge each other with a play of petanque in the garden.

In front of the house there is a good driveway and parking under a canopy.

Location

The holiday home is located at Rude Strand, which is a fantastic beach. In Rude there is a beautiful nature and there are child-friendly sandy beaches nearby. Here there is shelter from the westerly wind and the beaches are with Blue Flag status. Rude is close to Saksild where it is possible to have a good dinner at Re­stau­rant Bon­de­hu­set. In Saksild you can play minigolf on Denmark's oldest and most cosy minigolf course.

From the holiday home it is only 4 ki­lo­me­ters to Norsminde, which is a charming harbour town, and here you will also find Norsminde Kro, which has been welcoming guests since 1693. Today you can still enjoy a lovely dinner at the inn and explore the history here.

A 10-minute drive from Rude beach is Odder, a lively town with a cosy pe­de­stri­an street and a wide selection of re­stau­rants. The coast of East Jutland offers beautiful nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces, beaches and exciting cities.
