The house is located on a nice large plot with room to play. The large partially covered terrace is ideal for barbecues and so­ci­a­lizing. Around the house there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy the sun all day.

Location

The summer house is only 300 m. from Dyngby Beach, which is ideal for swimming and long walks.

The small cozy harbor town Hou is 5 km. from the house. From Hou you can take a guided tour to the car-free island Tunø or the larger island of Samsø. Odder, Denmark's largest village, is only 6 km away. Here there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for dining, shopping in Denmark's largest Kvickly, a grocery and facility store and discover the cozy spe­ci­a­li­ty stores in the town's shopping street.
