We welcome you to this lovely older summer house designed by the architect A. C. Nielsen.

The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen in direct con­nection with the living room. In the kitchen there is a dis­hwas­her. In the living room there is a wood stove and hot air, which can quickly provide a com­fortab­le warmth in the house. From the living room and the terrace there is a sea view.

The summer house has a newer bathroom with un­der­floor heating.

There are 4 bedrooms in the house, which means that if someone does not want to sleep in the same room, there is the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to sleep se­pa­ra­te­ly.

Outdoor
You will have a great time in this garden. There is a large covered terrace so here is always the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to find shelter and shade. There are several sets of garden furniture which makes it com­fortab­le to enjoy the holidays.

Food can be cooked on the barbecue or on the fire place down in the garden, which is sure to be a hit with the kids for bread baking or roasting mars­h­mel­lows.

The garden is also sure to invite you to play games and socialise, whether or not there are children with you on holiday.

There you also find an outdoor hot tube, which can be used all year round

Location
The Ajstrup Beach area is close to the forest, beach and the city of Aarhus, which offers countless op­portu­ni­ties for shopping and cultural ex­pe­ri­en­ces.

The scenic location is also not to be over­loo­k­ed. It is a beautiful area that invites you to a lot of exciting acti­vi­ties.

The summer house is close to Aarhus and the bus runs several times a day. For example, take the bus into Aarhus and enjoy coffee or lunch by Aaen, the stream in the centre of town, then take a stroll along the shopping street or Bruuns Galleri with its many shopping op­portu­ni­ties.

We also recommend visiting the AROS art museum and the Mu­sik­hu­set, located in the city centre.

Only 14 km. from the house is Odder which offers bowling and mini golf in "Kuglen & Keglen", swimming pool, golf course, Denmark's largest Kvickly de­part­ment store and shopping op­portu­ni­ties on the town's cozy pe­de­stri­an street.

Legoland, Givskud Zoo, Djurs Som­mer­land, Kat­te­gat­cen­tret and many other major at­tra­ctions are within driving distance from Ajstrup.
