Beautiful summer house, built in 2020, with a fantastic location in the middle of nature.

Spacious entrance, with plank floor that continues into the house. From the entrance there is access to the utility room with washing machine, and access to a room with a double pull-out bed.

Nice kitchen and living room in one, with wood-burning stove and heat pump, TV (only SmartTV) and WIFI. In the living room there is access from the stairs to a spacious loft with room for 2 sleeping guests. The kitchen has hobs, hood, microwave, fridge and freezer, as well as an electric kettle. In the living room there is a nice dining area and from the living room there is access to a nice terrace. There are fixed mosquito nets in all living rooms in the main house.

The house is on a double lot, where there is also an annex, which the owner can use in rare cases.

The house is located in the forest, on the beautiful northern part of Møn, close to Ulvshale beach, with a view of open fields and nature reserves. The house is not far from the small island of Nyord, which you can drive to by car. However, the car must be parked outside Nyord town, as the old beautiful town is car-free. Nyord also has a birdwat­ching tower and a nature centre. In Stege there are good shopping op­portu­ni­ties and many good places to eat.
