Terrace with garden furniture, 1 covered terrace, parasol & sun loungers. There is a rich wildlife - with squirrels, deer, hares and many exciting bird species, because the area is an EU-protected breeding and resting place for waterfowl.

Location

Natural plot of 1240 m2 in Ulvshale forest's most at­tra­cti­ve area. Close to Ulvshale beach, which is con­si­de­red to be Møn's best bathing beach. The bathing beach is child-friendly with shallow water, wide white sandy beach and large dune area. Good op­portu­ni­ties for walking and running in protected nature. Really good fishing op­portu­ni­ties close to the house.

Only 6 km from the house is Stege, which is a well-preserved and cozy market town with good re­stau­rants, cafes, cinema, galleries, exciting specialty shops and good shopping op­portu­ni­ties. Møn is on the UNESCO World Heritage List as a biosphere reserve due to its stunning scenery.
