Welcome inside
When you enter the holiday home, you'll im­me­di­a­te­ly feel a lovely relaxed at­mosp­he­re in the bright sur­ro­un­dings. The house has an inviting style with a sense of quality, and at the same time the cosy cottage at­mosp­he­re is top notch for 6 people.
The central room of the holiday home is the open-plan kitchen and living room. Here, you'll im­me­di­a­te­ly be amazed by the beautiful views of nature and the west coast of Samsø. It's a perfect gathering space where nature feels right up close.

The open-plan kitchen is an extension of the dining area, so it's easy to cook and sit at the table while still spending time together. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room let in plenty of daylight and you can enjoy the view of the green sur­ro­un­dings. From the patio doors you can walk directly out onto the covered terrace, so when the weather is nice, the terrace becomes an extension of the living room and the view is even better. Between the dining area and the sofas is a wood-burning stove, so you can easily add extra cosiness and warmth when the weather gets colder. Of course, you can also turn on the TV and relax with a good film in the living room.

The holiday home has 3 good bedrooms: 2 rooms are furnished with double beds and the third bedroom with 2 single beds. You are gu­a­ran­te­ed a good night's sleep here.

The bathroom is also bright and inviting, the bathroom has a sauna and good shower fa­ci­li­ties. The framework for a great holiday on Samsø's southern west coast is ensured in this lovely holiday home.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home is located on a large and secluded plot, so you can fully enjoy nature and the tranquil holiday home area. It is located on the periphery of the holiday home area, which provides a special view of the open co­un­trysi­de, nature and sea views.

The holiday home has two nice terraces. The east-facing terrace is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, and it's nice and sheltered. The second terrace is covered and west-facing with direct access from the living room. It's perfect to take your meals out here and enjoy the sunset or just relax on the garden furniture.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Vesterløkken is an at­tra­cti­ve holiday home area beau­ti­ful­ly situated on the west-facing coast of Samsø. There are trees, bushes and gravel roads between the holiday homes, so it's quiet all year round. The coast is just 400 metres from the holiday home, so after a short walk you'll be at the beach. The beach is a pebble beach, but in the summer there is a jetty where you can go for a swim. Close to the holiday home you'll also find Ilsemade Hel­lig­kil­de, a legendary spring dating back over 2000 years.

From Vesterløkken it's just 4 ki­lo­metres to Tra­neb­jerg, where there are several shopping op­portu­ni­ties as well as the island's tourist in­for­ma­tion, Samsø Museum and several cosy shops and cafés. Also visit Ballen on the opposite coast, which in summer is a lively harbour town with several re­stau­rants and shops.

Just north of Ballen is Samsø Golf Club, a beau­ti­ful­ly situated 18-hole golf course.

If you drive further north, don't miss Nordby, a cosy and very well-preserved village with a street pond and an iconic bell tower. On the nort­her­n­most part of Samsø, Issehoved and Nordby Bakker are always worth a visit, with its beautiful hilly landscape and views of the Kattegat sea.
