Lovely country house with lot of space in- og outside the house

The house is located far out in the co­un­trysi­de, but only 1,5 kilometer from the sea of the west coast of Samsø. Lot of space in- and outside; nice view from garden and house.

Interior
In the ground floor you find a nice living room with wood stove, dining room with glass door to the terrace and a well equipped kitchen. Besides; a bath room with shower and laundry with dry place. On the first floor you find a very large living room with wooden floor, wood stove and roof window with a nice view. The house has three rooms with double bed – one in the ground floor and two on first floor.

Outdoor
A large garden with sun and shade, terrace just outside the house. Large lawn with space for ball game, a sand box and a swing for the small children. Fine outlook to the west with “ sunset bench. The whole plot is fenced, so you can let children and dogs run freely on the lawn.

Location
On this part of Samsø there is an obvious op­portu­ni­ty to enjoy the sunset – perhaps with a fishing pole. On the southern part of the island you’ll find Brat­tings­borg Forest with old, tall beeches. On the marina of Ballen – on eastside of the island – you find cafes, specialty shops and fine re­stau­rants.
