Welcome inside

This holiday house creates the genuine holiday feeling, with the cosy small living room being the centre of the house. Here you can sit and watch the beautiful natural plot, and the family can gather here for a cosy time with board games, TV or just relax with a good book in front of the wood burner. The holiday house has two levels, which enables the adults to enjoy the evenings in the living room without waking up the children, who are sleeping on the upper floor. In the main house you find a toilet but no bath. The bathroom with toilet and under-floor heating is located in the annex.

Enjoy life outside

Outside you can enjoy many hours on one of the good terraces of the house. The early risers can enjoy the morning sun and breakfast on the sheltered east-facing terrace, where you also find a sandbox for the children. The af­ter­noons and evenings can be spent on the west-facing terrace, where you also have a covered section. The huge plot of the holiday house offers space for various outdoor games and the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to watch a deer and other wildlife on the natural plot.

Get close to the local at­tra­ctions

The holiday house is located only 300m from the fantastic and popular Nord­s­trand beach. Nord­s­trand beach is known for its good bathing water, nice sand and beautiful dunes. If you get tired of swimming and sun­bat­hing on the beach, we recommend a visit to the cosy pe­de­stri­an street in the market town Nykøbing Sj. Here you have the po­s­si­bi­li­ty for shopping but also just to sit and enjoy the holiday at­mosp­he­re in one of the cafés. The pe­de­stri­an street is within walking or bicycle distance from the holiday house. We also recommend a walk in the Grønnehave forest and a visit to the artist wing in the Anneberg Park. Here you can also enjoy an exquisite dinner in Re­stau­rant MOTA that has been rewarded with a star in the Michelin Guide. If you want to dedicate a day to the children, you can visit Vand­man­den at Rørvig Harbour, where the children can fish for crabs, and another safe hit for the children would be to spend a day in the amusement park Som­mer­land Sjælland.
