This beautiful summer house is the perfect base if you need to unwind in bright, lovely, and natural surroundings. If exciting excursions and family activities are also part of your holiday plan, the great location near Sønderstrand and Havneby is an added bonus.

Welcome inside
The summer house is a beautiful and well-maintained building with a thatched roof and dark wooden facade, and the accompanying annex is built in the same stylish manner. You will also enjoy the original architecture indoors, where the living area impresses with a vaulted ceiling, skylights, and large glass sections facing south and west, providing you with a view of the natural plot. The wood-burning stove also contributes to the pleasant spatial experience, making it easy to feel at home as you relax on the sofa, sit at the dining table, or cook in the kitchen area. Together, the main house and annex offer 112 m² of space. The main house consists of a kitchen/dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In the annex, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and one single bed, a bathroom, and a practical utility room with a washing machine.

Enjoy life outside
On the 2.533 m² natural plot, you can look forward to relaxing and fully enjoying your holiday life. Between the main house and the annex, there is a southeast-facing wooden terrace, which is enclosed by a fence, making it a peaceful and secluded oasis. From the main house, you can also step directly out onto a west-facing wooden terrace, which is the perfect spot to settle down and enjoy the lovely view of the plot's heather, gnarled pine trees, and other wild-growing vegetation.

Get up close to the local attractions
If you can’t get enough of the beautiful nature and scenic viewpoints, it’s a great idea to explore the local area. Vråby Plantation is a lovely place for a walk, and you can also hike the short distance to Sønderstrand, which is one of Europe’s widest sandy beaches. Here, you can ride and engage in various forms of wind sports, and of course, a dip in the North Sea is also possible when the weather invites splashing in the salty waves. You can also head to Havneby, Rømø's charming coastal town that faces the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. In Havneby, you will find a good selection of dining options and shops – including fish shops where you can buy Rømø shrimps, fish meatballs, and other delicacies. Additionally, there is a golf course and wellness center in the town, and from the harbor, you can take a pleasant ferry trip to the neighboring island of Sylt.

On the Wadden Sea island Rømø a unique landscape is waiting to be explored, especially the wide sandy beaches, that provide unforgettable memories. Rømø offers a variety of activities, including different forms of wind sports that only can be practiced in few places in Europe. There are two ways to reach Rømø - the causeway that connects Rømø to the mainland, and the ferry that shuttles between the popular German island Sylt and Rømø. This opens a variety of excursion options.
