If you need to do some shopping, you can stay in the southern part of Rømø and head to the village of Havneby, where you will also find several dining options, a golf course, and bike rental. From the harbor, you can gaze out over the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and from here, you can also take the ferry for a charming outing to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt.
