The location is unique—and so is the house, as part of the mo­der­niza­tion process included the in­stal­la­tion of extra windows. Thanks to these, the view to the Wadden Sea is pheno­me­nal, and as an added bonus, the inflow of light has been optimized. Enjoy life outside
From the living room, the large gable window provides direct access to a spacious terrace. Here, you can sit and enjoy the summer weather in the com­fortab­le garden furniture—and while you relax, the children can run over to the adjoining green area to play ball and enjoy the play­gro­und. The play area includes eve­ryt­hing from a sandbox to a table tennis table and a pétanque court, offering fun for kids of all ages. On the other side of the house, you also have the option to settle down and lose yourself in con­tem­p­la­tion of the beautiful view.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
When you’re not spending your holidays on the terrace or at the holiday center’s tennis court, there are plenty of other acti­vi­ties to enjoy in the local area. For instance, it’s only a few hundred meters to Rømø Golf Club and their beautiful 18-hole links course, and you are also close to Havneby’s re­stau­rants and su­per­mar­ket. Right nearby, you have of course the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the world’s most important wetland areas. The birdlife here is rich, and you can even go on an oyster safari if you want to do more than just admire the unique nature. At the harbor in Havneby, you also have the op­portu­ni­ty to taste the famous Rømø shrimps, which is a local delicacy.
