The townhouse was built in 1986 and has since been successfully modernized. The atmosphere indoors is pleasant, both in the three bedrooms and in the living area, where the kitchen and living room are integrated. All rooms are nicely furnished, including the bathroom, which is located on the first floor. The kitchen is organized and functional, featuring a dining area, while the living room offers comfortable armchairs and a cozy sofa area. There is also a TV if you feel like watching a good movie – unless you find yourself captivated by the scenic view revealed by the windows.
Enjoy life outside
From the living room, there is direct access to the house's terrace, making it easy to move outdoor living into the open air when the sun shines. The terrace is sheltered from neighbors but otherwise open, allowing you to fully enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings.

With such a location, it is of course a natural choice to play a round of golf if you are interested in the sport. You can, for example, take a stroll along the Havneby Dike all the way down to the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. If you want to swim, it is recommended to head to the lovely Sønderstrand, which faces the North Sea.
