Welcome inside
The black-painted summer house has been nestled in the unique Wadden Sea landscape since 2007, and indoors it boasts a charming and classic expres­sion with a vaulted ceiling, light wooden paneling on the walls, and a wood stove for those cooler af­ter­noons or evenings. Large windows invite nature and sunlight inside – espe­ci­al­ly in the living room, where you can gaze far between the trees on the plot out towards the Wadden Sea and the Jutland mainland beneath the high blue sky. The kitchen is open to the living room, which also features a cozy alcove, and ad­di­tio­nal­ly, the layout includes two good bedrooms and a nice shower bathroom. The annex is certainly worth noticing, as it is furnished with a sauna where you can relax in the warmth with a panoramic view of the Wadden Sea coast.

Enjoy life outside
The annex with the sauna is just one of the many lovely features you will find outside on the 1775 m² natural plot. A large, partially covered wooden terrace faces the Wadden Sea and the open coastal landscape, making it a wonderful spot to sit if you want to soak in the sur­ro­un­dings and enjoy the scent of heather and pine. On the other side of the summer house, you will find another de­light­ful terrace area, which is more sheltered by the tall trees on the plot. For the children, there is a swing and a sandbox, and the hammock will certainly be a hit with the whole family, as there’s nothing quite like swaying to the sound of birdsong during your holiday.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The natural plot of the summer house is well set back from Lyngvejen and directly adjacent to the beach meadow, so it is only a few meters to the Wadden Sea and Rømø's east coast. The view is nothing short of bre­ath­taking, but if you and your loved ones want to swim, it is recom­men­ded to drive to the west coast instead, where you can frolic in the fresh, clear water and play in the sand at Sønder­strand or Lakolk Beach. From Lyngvejen, you can easily get to the heart of Havneby, where you can shop at the su­per­mar­ket and be tempted by all the fresh seafood delights at the fish shop. There are also options for dinner at a good re­stau­rant, indulging in wellness, or trying the local golf course here in Havneby, and the ferry can take you on a lovely boat trip to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt.
