Welcome inside
More spe­ci­fi­cal­ly, this is a 37 m² townhouse located in the second row towards the coast, and due to the unique ar­chi­tec­tu­re and placement of the building, you have a view of the water from the living room. At the same time, you can enjoy the lovely influx of light through the large window section – which even has a garden door, making it easy to step out onto the terrace on warm sunny days. When you are relaxing indoors, you can gather around the dining table or com­fortably in the sofa, and of course, you can also spend some time cooking in the open kitchen. The sofa is actually a sofa bed, so at night, the living room can serve as a sleeping area for two people, while the adjacent bedroom is furnished with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower is also included in the layout.

Enjoy life outside
On the eastern, enclosed terrace of the summer house, you can enjoy the morning sun and the view over the Wadden Sea towards the mainland. It is a lovely outdoor space – but it is also nice to sit on the other side of the house, where a west-facing terrace with an awning and garden furniture is located.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the holiday home, it doesn’t take many minutes to stroll the short distance to the water's edge, where you have a clear view of the Wadden Sea and the beautiful coastal area. The Wadden Sea is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and many tourists come to Rømø to explore the unique nature, ex­pe­ri­en­ce the diverse bird life, and collect oysters on the mudflats. Close to the summer house, you will also find Rømø Harbor, from which you can take the ferry to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt, and in Havneby, you will find a good selection of dining options as well as shopping fa­ci­li­ties, bike rentals, and a golf course.
