Bright and welcoming holiday home with a view of the Wadden Sea

This lovely townhouse is beau­ti­ful­ly located near Havneby and so close to Rømø's east coast that you have a view of the Wadden Sea from the first floor. The de­light­ful sur­ro­un­dings are certainly not the only quality, as the house itself is bright and fun­ctio­nal­ly decorated, and outside awaits a sunny terrace in the attached garden.

Welcome inside
The square meters are well utilized indoors, making it possible to holiday together with four people. The color tones are light, and the decor is cozy – not only on the ground floor but also on the first floor, which is furnished with two single beds. From the first floor, you can enjoy the view of the water through the east-facing slanted windows, and on the ground floor, the large west-facing window ensures a pleasant influx of light into the living area, which is equipped with a dining table, an open kitchen, and a double sofa bed. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, the layout includes a small entrance and a nice bathroom with un­der­floor heating and a shower niche.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you can step directly out onto a southwest-facing terrace and further out onto a green lawn. Your private outdoor area is sheltered and com­ple­te­ly enclosed, which is nice if you have brought your dog. If you have small children on holiday, they can swing and play in the sandbox in the communal area on the other side of the house, and both big and small, as well as four-legged family members, can look forward to exploring the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
If you feel like a little stroll, you can follow the nearby path straight down to the Wadden Sea. The unique marsh and tidal area was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2014, and by the water, you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce a diverse bird life, espe­ci­al­ly when millions of migratory birds stop in the area both in spring and autumn. If you fancy a boat trip, it is just one kilometer to Havneby, from where you can take the ferry for an excursion to the German holiday island of Sylt. You can also stay in cozy Havneby, which offers a good selection of re­stau­rants, wellness services, a golf course, and the family-friendly Rømø Play and Maze Park. If the weather invites for a swim, you can cross Rømø and jump into the waves of the North Sea at Lakolk Beach or Sønder­strand.
