Welcome inside
With its green roof, the summer house virtually blends into the wild ve­ge­ta­tion of the nature plot. Inside, the at­mosp­he­re is light and friendly, and when you sit in the living room, you can enjoy the view of the purple heather carpet, the twisted pine trees, and the drifting clouds in the blue sky through the windows. Depending on the season and weather forecast, the terrace door can be left open, or the fire can dance merrily in the wood stove—and in the well-equipped kitchen, you can whip up light summer salads as well as hearty stews to match your holiday mood. If you need to warm up thor­oug­hly, it’s wonderful to have both a spa and a sauna in the bathroom, and when it’s bedtime, you can look forward to a good night’s sleep in one of the three bedrooms.

Enjoy life outside
The summer house plot is larger than most at 2,500 m², and no matter where you sit, there’s always something beautiful to look at. The large wooden terrace that extends to the southwest can quickly become your favorite hangout spot when you want to sunbathe, relax with a good book, or grill in the evening. However, the tiled terrace on the east side of the house can also be a nice place to be—espe­ci­al­ly in the morning when you want to enjoy coffee under the open sky. For the children, there’s a swing set and a tram­po­li­ne for them to have fun with, when you’re not out exploring Bolilmark or enjoying life at Lakolk Beach.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From peaceful Bolilmark, you can drive to Lakolk Beach and the North Sea in about ten minutes, so if you want to swim, surf, or enjoy the sunset from the wide beach, it’s easily done. Via a scenic path, you can also reach the beach on foot—and before you head back, you might want to stop by Café Fru Dax to recharge your energy with a big ice cream. Your holiday walks and runs can also take place in Bolilmark’s mag­ni­fi­cent heath landscape, with a quick detour to Tvismark Plan­ta­tion or a hike up to the viewpoint Høstbjerg. When your holiday is on Rømø, you have ample op­portu­ni­ty to learn more about the Wadden Sea, and if you love playing golf, you can drive to Havneby at the southern end of the island to try out the excellent links course.
