Welcome inside
With 125 m2 spread over two floors, there is plenty of space for eight people indoors. There are four bedrooms available, one of which is located on the first floor. Upstairs, you will also find a cozy living room furnished with sofas, armchairs, a TV, and foosball. A large gable window invites daylight inside and allows you to look out over the flat landscape towards the Wadden Sea. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen-dining area where you can enjoy time together—and if you really need to unwind, there is a sauna in the house. The sauna is attached to a nice and well-main­tai­ned bathroom, just like the rest of the rooms.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday con­di­tions are also great outdoors on the 2500 m2 large plot that surrounds the house. Pine trees and other border plantings shield the lawn, and by the terrace, there is also a half-wall that provides shelter when you sunbathe on the loungers or enjoy a delicious meal with fresh in­gre­di­ents prepared on the grill.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Here in Toftum, you have a short walking distance to several of Rømø's at­tra­ctions. For example, you can quickly stroll to the Kommandørgård, which is a well-main­tai­ned old family farm now arranged as a museum. A café is right next door, and if you prefer a scenic walk over coffee and cake, you can head towards the viewpoint Høstbjerg and Bolilmark’s heath-covered expanses. By car, you can reach Lakolk Strand in about five minutes, while it takes only a couple of minutes to get to the Rømø dam. This is con­ve­ni­ent if you want to head to the mainland to climb the Marsk Tower in Skærbæk, visit the lovely town of Ribe, or take other de­light­ful excur­sions.
