Juelsminde

Juelsminde is a charming seaport on the east coast of Jutland. Here you can stroll along the beach to the sound of lapping waves or enjoy the sunset from the harbour. The very centre of Juelsminde offers various shops, cosy eateries and a small gallery where you can experience local handicrafts of all kinds.

Juelsminde is also surrounded by fascinating natural areas. Here you will find, among other things, Bjørnsknude, a long and pointed peninsula that stretches kilometres into the sea, where Vejle Fjord and Horsens Fjord meet. And right here, you might get lucky and catch both sea trout and hornfish.

As Vig

On the east coast of Jutland with a view of Kattegat you will find the holiday home area, As Vig. Located at the very edge of Kattegat, As Vig offers several lovely beaches with fine sand and shallow and calm waters. Here you can take a dip in the waves, go kayaking or simply enjoy the views from the coast. It’s entirely up to you. You can also explore the many natural surroundings. Here you will find both forests and nature trails where you can go for long walks or ride a bicycle and experience this beautiful part of Denmark. From As Vig, it is less than 10 km to the charming seaport of Juelsminde.

Pøt Strandby

Pøt Strandby is a holiday home area on the east coast of Jutland with views of Kattegat. The area offers the most beautiful beach with white sand and calm, shallow waters and lush forest areas. With its fine swimming conditions, the beach is extremely child-friendly and perfect for playing in the water, clamshell hunting as well as making sand castles under clear blue skies. You can also explore local wildlife in the area’s many forest areas with both bicycling and hiking trails. Pøt Strandby is located close to Juelsminde and Horsens, where you will find several different shopping opportunities, cosy cafes and cultural attractions.
