Lyngvig Lighthouse
The local landmark is visible from anywhere in Nr. Lyngvig: Lyngvig Lighthouse. The lighthouse was built in 1906 on top of a dune, so ships in the North Sea could navigate the coast and avoid running aground.
A small museum has been built next to the Lyngvig Lighthouse, and visitors can also visit the old lighthouse. Guests can also trek up the 228 steps to the very top of the lighthouse. This offers a stunning view of the North Sea, Ringkøbing Fjord and the surrounding holiday home areas.
