Well-main­tai­ned and inviting summer house near Bjerge Sydstrand

Welcome inside:
The holiday home features a combined kitchen and living room.The bright and modern kitchen includes a tiled floor, ceramic stove, dis­hwas­her, and re­fri­ge­ra­tor with freezer. The ta­ste­ful­ly decorated living room has access to the terrace and is furnished with a large corner sofa, a good dining area, a TV with Danish DR channels, Chro­mecast, and a DVD player.

The bathroom has a tiled floor, un­der­floor heating, and a shower.

There are three bedrooms:

One with a double bed

Two with two single beds each

The house is heated by a heat pump and electric heating.

Free wireless internet is available in the summer house. Final cleaning is mandatory.

The house is not rented out to con­tra­ctor or youth groups.

Enjoy life outside: The house sits on a 750 m² plot with a spacious garden, offering plenty of room for play. There is a partially covered tiled terrace with several cozy sheltered spots.

Outdoor amenities include garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a grill.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The summer house is located 400 meters from the beach in a peaceful setting.

Bjerge Strand is a larger summer house area located by the Great Belt, with beautiful wide beach areas, low dunes, and a lovely sandy beach.

The area is roughly midway between Ka­lund­borg and Slagelse, with the nearest larger shopping town being Gørlev, about 5 km away.

Also nearby is the Reersø peninsula, known for its fantastic nature and charming little harbor town.
