Special class holiday home with panoramic sea view at Næsby Strand

Welcome inside: New architect-designed summer house from 2018, built in a modern ar­chi­tec­tu­ral style with an intimate and cozy summer house at­mosp­he­re and a thought­ful­ly planned interior. The house offers a truly fantastic sea view. The design is simple and open, centered around the living room with large panoramic windows. The house features a spacious living room of 53 m² with a kitchen/dining area. Open kitchen with built-in oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dis­hwas­her, and fridge with freezer. Large, bright living room with access to the terrace, vaulted ceiling, cozy dining nook, wood-burning stove, large corner sofa with chaise longue, and TV. Entrance with washing machine and dryer. Two bathrooms, both with shower niches (one is in an annex). Three bedrooms: one in the main house with a double bed and two in a 26 m² annex, both with double beds and a wide upper bunk (140x200). The house is heated by an air-to-water heat pump with un­der­floor heating throug­hout most of the house, as well as a wood-burning stove in the living room.

There is free wireless internet in the house. Final cleaning is mandatory.

Note! No outdoor music is allowed as the house is located in a very densely populated area.

Enjoy life outside: The house sits on a 755 m² natural plot, ideally located in the first row directly by the beach area at Næsby Strand. The view from the house and the plot is out­stan­ding around the clock. Here, the view over the water and the Great Belt Bridge can truly be enjoyed. There is a lovely large wooden terrace that wraps around most of the house. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a fire pit with a grill grate. During the summer season, there is also an outdoor shower available.

Note! Grilling on the terrace is not permitted. The grill grate at the fire pit can be used.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: From the summer house, you have nearly a 180-degree sea view of the Great Belt with the bridge lighting up beau­ti­ful­ly as darkness falls. On a warm summer day or a beautiful autumn afternoon, there are few places as wonderful as this, where you feel you are in the front row to the water. Næsby Strand is a lovely beach area in a peaceful setting. Here, you can throw your towel over your shoulder and step directly into the blue waves of the Great Belt. The house is 1 km from good shopping options and has short distances to the three market towns of Korsør, Skælskør, and Slagelse.
