The bright living room features a wood stove, a com­fortab­le dining area, sofa, and TV with satellite.

The bathroom has a shower niche. There is also a re­fri­ge­ra­tor with freezer available in an out­bu­il­ding.

The house offers three bedrooms:

One with a double bed and a bunk bed

The house is heated with a heat pump, wood stove, and electric heating.

Free wireless internet is available. Final cleaning is mandatory.

Enjoy life outside: The house is situated on a 740 m² plot that extends directly to the beach area at Næsby Beach.

There is a lovely terrace with sea views, where you can enjoy the sun to the fullest and, in the evening, immerse yourself in the beautiful sunset. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a partially covered terrace where you can seek shelter and shade. This invites total re­laxa­tion.

The holiday home is equipped with garden furniture, grill, parasol, and a fire pit.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is fan­ta­sti­cal­ly located in the first row in a peaceful setting right next to a lovely beach area. Here, you can throw your towel over your shoulder and dive directly into the blue waves of the Great Belt.

The house is just 600 meters from great shopping options and is close to the three market towns of Korsør, Skælskør, and Slagelse.
