Charming and at­mosp­he­ric holiday house at Næsby Strand with WI-Fi

This is a charming and at­mosp­he­ric holiday house, in an at­tra­cti­ve location,situated only 200 m from a par­ti­cu­lar­ly scenic beach the end of a cul-de sack in a peaceful holiday area.

The house has a spacious and well equipped separate kitchen and a lovely large living room with a wood burning stove and an en­viron­men­tal earth- heath pump, making it cosy and cheap to heat in the winter. There are wooden floors through-out , visible joists and high ceilings. From the living room there is access to a double bedroom and the garden room with sliding windows.The spacious hallway gives access to a well appointed bath room with shower cabinet and a vanity unit, washing machine and tumble drier. The second bed room with two single beds is con­ve­ni­ent­ly located opposite the bathroom at the entrance door. A freezer is installed in the cupboard in the hall-way near the kitchen.There is also the po­s­si­bi­li­ty for one or two people to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

The large patio area is sur­ro­un­ded with rose hedges and the enclosed garden is planted up with native plants making it a heaven for wildlife.There is parking for two cars in the drive way.
