The light-colored living room is equipped with a dining area, leather corner sofa, and a TV with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and German channels, with access to a partially covered terrace. The bathroom includes a shower, un­der­floor heating, and a washing machine. There are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed and a bunk bed (one bunk measuring 85x200). The house is heated by a heat pump and electric heating.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is located near Svallerup Strand, an area sur­ro­un­ded by the sea and beautiful nature, about 11 km north of Gørlev and 12 km south of Ka­lund­borg on West Zealand. It is a great place for fishing ent­hu­si­asts and nature lovers. Svallerup Strand is a child-friendly beach with coarse sand. In Ka­lund­borg, you will find an exciting harbor en­viron­ment, a unique medieval district, many exhi­bi­tions, re­stau­rants, and shops.
