Well-main­tai­ned holiday home at Kongsmark Beach in West Zealand

The holiday home features a combined kitchen and living room. The bright kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven, induction cooktop, dis­hwas­her, and a re­fri­ge­ra­tor with a freezer. Next to the kitchen, there is a cozy dining area. The lovely living room includes a leather sofa with a chaise lounge, a wood-burning stove, and a TV with a large Viasat program package.

The bright bathroom has tile floors, a shower, and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms:

One with a double bed

One with a one-and-a-half-size bed (120x200)

Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is an annex with a double bed.

The house is heated with a heat pump, wood-burning stove, and electric heating.

Free wireless internet access is available in the holiday home. Final cleaning is mandatory.

Enjoy life outside: The house sits on an 818 m² plot with three spacious, secluded paved terraces. Outdoor amenities include garden furniture and a grill.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is located 600 meters from the beach at Kongsmark Strand, and 2 km from shopping and dining options at Stillinge Strand. The house is pea­ce­ful­ly situated with a lovely garden and only 100 meters from a communal area with swings and a football goal. A path leads from the house to the beach area.

Slagelse, the largest shopping town in West Zealand, with cafés, re­stau­rants, and numerous shopping options. In Slagelse, visitors can watch the Royal Life Guards ride through the streets every Wednesday.

For fishing ent­hu­si­asts, there are great fishing op­portu­ni­ties along the coast.
