The stylish and fun­ctio­nal kitchen is in­te­gra­ted with the living room and offers plenty of space, from which you can access the terraces. The kitchen includes a stovetop, built-in oven, microwave, dis­hwas­her, re­fri­ge­ra­tor with freezer, and a nice dining area. The living room is elevated with a few steps and offers the most beautiful sea view. It is furnished with a sofa, TV with Chro­mecast (streaming options available, requires personal subscrip­tion). Two bathrooms, both with shower niches and un­der­floor heating. One of the bathrooms also has a washing machine. Three bedrooms, all with double beds. The house is heated by an air-to-air heat pump. The heat pump can be sup­ple­men­ted with electric un­der­floor heating as needed. The house is well insulated and suitable for year-round living. Free wireless internet is available. Final cleaning is mandatory.

The house is situated in a very at­tra­cti­ve holiday home area, known for its beautiful nature and a place where it is not overcrow­ded with people during the summer. Svallerup is about 12 km south of Ka­lund­borg, and the nearest grocery store is 7.5 km away. In the harbor town of Ka­lund­borg, you will find an exciting harbor en­viron­ment, a unique medieval district, numerous exhi­bi­tions, re­stau­rants, and shops.
