This spacious and well-equipped holiday home, renovated in 1995, is ideally located close to the water and offers a delightful atmosphere year-round. The house features a combined kitchen and living room, perfect for enjoying shared cooking in the large, bright kitchen, which is stylishly furnished and equipped with a ceramic stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with a freezer. From the beautiful sunroom, you can admire the stunning views of the sea and the Great Belt Bridge while enjoying your meals. The living room impresses with its vaulted ceiling, large windows that fill the space with light, a cozy dining area, and direct access to the terrace and sunroom. Relax on the comfortable chaise lounge sofa and armchairs, warm up by the wood stove, or challenge each other to a game of foosball. A Smart TV provides access to Danish DR programs (via app) and streaming services (own login required). The 18 m² integrated sunroom, with large glass panels and garden furniture, is usable for most of the year. The bathroom is fitted with a tiled floor and a shower. The house offers two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A utility room houses a washing machine, dryer, and an extra refrigerator. Heating is provided by a heat pump, wood stove, and electric heating. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Final cleaning is mandatory.

Get up close to the local attractions: The house is only 200 meters from Kongsmark Beach on Zealand's west coast, offering fantastic sea views over the Great Belt. The peaceful area features a lovely sandy beach with a few stones, and the view of the Great Belt Bridge is breathtaking. Just 2 km away, you’ll find shopping and dining options at Stillinge Strand.
Nearby, the charming market towns of Korsør, Slagelse, and Skælskør offer excellent shopping, cafes, restaurants, and many exciting experiences. The area also provides great excursions, such as the historic Viking fortress Trelleborg, Birkegården’s Gardens – a 10,000 m² adventure garden with animals and a playground – and the Go High Adventure Park with over 100 activities, mountain biking trails, and canoeing in the moat. For active families, Gerlev Play Park between Slagelse and Skælskør is a fantastic place to try traditional games collected from across Europe over the last 1,000 years.
