Welcome inside: New, beautiful year-round insulated summer house from 2021, built in a modern architectural style with an intimate and cozy holiday house atmosphere and a thoughtful interior design. The house features elegant and well-planned design elements. A large living room with a vaulted ceiling and large windows, divided into a dining area and living room, from which there is access to a partially covered wooden terrace. A lovely and functional kitchen with ample space, integrated with the large living room. The kitchen includes induction cooktops, a built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer. Living room with a chaise longue sofa, a good dining area, Smart TV with Danish DR channels, as well as streaming options for TV2 Play, Netflix, and Viaplay (requires a personal subscription) and satellite with German channels. Two bathrooms, one with a shower niche, washing machine, and dryer, and another with a shower niche and bathtub. Four bedrooms, all with double beds (two single beds joined together). In addition, there is a loft with a large window and two extra sleeping places on mattresses.
The house is heated by an air-to-water heat pump, with water pumped through the floor for heating (this works in all rooms).
There is free wireless internet available. Final cleaning is mandatory.

Enjoy life outside: The house is located on an open 1883 m² plot. From the plot, there is a beautiful view of the area and a sea view of the Great Belt. There are two terraces: a screened wooden terrace with partial coverage in front of the house, and a tiled terrace behind the house. The holiday home is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, a grill, a trampoline, a shelter, a football field, a fire pit, a swing set, a sandbox, and an outdoor shower.
Get up close to the local attractions: The holiday house is located on an elevated plot at Drøsselbjerg Beach. Drøsselbjerg, on the west coast of Zealand, is a charming holiday home area by Musholm Bay and the Great Belt. The area is very scenic and a peaceful summer house area. The beach is 400 meters away, where a bathing bridge is installed during the summer months. There are many good fishing spots along the coast off Drøsselbjerg, where the water is deep. It is 4 km to the nearest shopping at Stillinge Beach, which also features a lovely child-friendly sandy beach, several restaurants, and an ice cream shop. 15 km from Drøsselbjerg, you will find Slagelse, the largest market town in West Zealand, with a wide range of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Slagelse is also home to one of Denmark's largest military barracks, and every Wednesday, you can experience the Royal Life Guards riding through the town. The surrounding area offers many excursion opportunities, including the Viking Fortress Trelleborg, Kragerup Manor with many activities such as tree-top adventures, football golf, mountain biking (bikes can be rented), and canoeing on the moats. Panzermuseum East near Slagelse, which has an impressive collection of war materials and military vehicles from the Cold War. Birkegården Gardens – a 10,000 m² experience garden with animals and a play park. Gerlev Play Park, which offers a thousand years of play culture for both children and adults, with classic games from around the world, Viking games, combat games, hide-and-seek, and tag games.
