Charming Holiday Home at Kelstrup Beach on the Great Belt Coast

Welcome inside: From the outside, the house presents itself with a beautiful red-painted wooden facade that blends har­moni­ous­ly with the lush green garden. The bright and well-furnished holiday home features a combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen area is equipped with a ceramic stove, dis­hwas­her, and a re­fri­ge­ra­tor with a freezer. The living room has access to a covered terrace, a cozy dining nook, a wood-burning stove, a TV, and a DVD player. The entrance area includes a washing machine and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The house is heated with a heat pump, a wood-burning stove, and electric heating.

Enjoy life outside: The spacious 943 m² plot features a lovely covered wooden terrace, perfect for enjoying cozy evenings. The house also includes garden furniture, a parasol, and a grill.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The house is situated at Kelstrup Beach with an open view of the sur­ro­un­ding fields and within walking distance of the water. It is only 600 meters to a good sandy beach with few stones, and during the summer months, a bathing jetty is installed. The nearest grocery store is 3 km away. The beach offers excellent sea trout fishing, espe­ci­al­ly in spring and autumn. Flatfish and cod can also be caught where the deep water comes closer to the shore. Kelstrup Beach is located ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 10 km from Slagelse, the largest com­merci­al town in West Zealand, offering plenty of shopping op­portu­ni­ties, cafés, and re­stau­rants.
