The house is located in a quiet summer house area on a lovely enclosed plot, where the garden invites re­laxa­tion, acti­vi­ties, and playtime for the little ones. In the garden, there are swings, a tram­po­li­ne, and a beautiful lawn for hours of fun. There are several cozy terraces, including a covered one and an enclosed one with a patio heater for cooler evenings, and plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to prepare a delicious barbecue on the terrace.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is located at Kongsmark Strand on the West Zealand coast, only 500 meters from the beach and about 2.3 km from shopping and dining options at Stillinge Strand. Kongsmark Strand is a sandy beach with a few stones. From the beach, you have a beautiful view of the Great Belt and the Great Belt Bridge. Within a short distance, you will find the three market towns of Korsør, Slagelse, and Skælskør, where there are great shopping op­portu­ni­ties, cafés, re­stau­rants, and many ex­pe­ri­en­ces to enjoy. The sur­ro­un­ding area offers many excursion po­s­si­bi­li­ties, such as the old Viking fortress Trel­le­borg, Birkegårdens Haver – a 10,000 m² adventure garden with animals and a play­gro­und, the Go High climbing park with over 100 different chal­len­ges, mountain bike tracks, and the op­portu­ni­ty for a canoe trip in the moat. If the whole family wants to be active, Gerlev Play Park between Slagelse and Skælskør is also a fantastic place, offering ancient games collected from all over Europe over the past 1,000 years.
