This holiday home, built with white aerated concrete, was newly renovated in 2024 and features a combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The cozy, bright living room has large windows that let plenty of light into the house, and there is direct access to the terrace. You'll find a nice dining area, sofa and armchairs, a wood-burning stove, and a TV with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and German channels. Streaming services are also available (requires your own login). The stylish bathroom has a shower and underfloor heating, and the entrance includes a washing machine and dryer. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is heated with a heat pump, wood stove, and electric heating.
Free wireless internet (fiber optic) is available in the house. Final cleaning is mandatory.
Outdoor Area
The 1024 m² plot features a partially covered terrace, where you’ll also find an awning that provides shelter and extends your time outdoors. The garden is beautifully maintained, and there’s a pavilion that adds an extra outdoor space for relaxation and enjoyment. The house is equipped with garden furniture, a parasol, and a grill. Under the covered part of the terrace, there is a freezer available.
Location
The holiday home is located at Næsby Strand on the West Zealand coast in a peaceful summer house area, only 300 meters from a child-friendly sandy beach and 1.6 km from the nearest shopping opportunity. Enjoy a bike or kayak ride along the coast in good weather, or bait your hook and go fishing. The nearby farm shop, only 300 meters from the house, offers bike, kayak, and fishing rod rentals, as well as local delicacies for sale. Within a short distance, you’ll find the market towns of Korsør, Slagelse, and Skælskør, where there are great shopping options, cafés, restaurants, and plenty of opportunities for enjoyable experiences. The surrounding area offers many excursion options, including the old Viking fortress Trelleborg, Birkegårdens Gardens – a 10,000 m² experience garden with animals and a play park, and Go High Adventure Park with over 100 different challenges, mountain bike tracks, and the option to canoe in the moat. For family fun, Gerlev Play Park, located between Slagelse and Skælskør, is a perfect spot where you can play old European games collected over the past 1,000 years.
