It continues to the open, bright kitchen, combined with the dining area and living room. The house exudes a cozy and pleasant at­mosp­he­re with bright and tasteful décor. From the living area, you have access to the last bedroom, and from the kitchen/living room, there is an exit to the wooden terrace and the sur­ro­un­ding garden. The house is heated via a heat pump, or you can light the wood stove on cool evenings to create the perfect holiday home ambiance. Spend quality time with the kids and try out one of the many games and chil­dren's books available.

Enjoy life outside: Step out into the lovely garden or onto the terrace, where you can fully enjoy the nature and tranqui­li­ty. The terrace has a small practical kitchen area for summer barbecues, and by the house, there is an outdoor shower for a re­fres­hing rinse after a day at the beach. The house is located in a peaceful holiday home area on a cul-de-sac in green sur­ro­un­dings, where you can enjoy your vacation un­dis­tur­bed. The garden offers several play and activity options for children, including a tram­po­li­ne, a playset with a slide, and a sensory swing.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions:
The holiday home is located at Kongsmark Strand on the West Zealand coast, only 500 meters from the beach and about 2.3 km from shopping and dining options at Stillinge Strand. Kongsmark Strand is a sandy beach with some stones. From the beach, there is a beautiful view over the Great Belt and the Great Belt Bridge. Within a short distance, you’ll find the three towns of Korsør, Slagelse, and Skælskør, which offer great shopping, cafés, re­stau­rants, and plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for memorable ex­pe­ri­en­ces. The sur­ro­un­ding area offers many excursion options, including the old Viking fortress Trel­le­borg, Birkegården Gardens—a 10,000 m² ex­pe­ri­en­ce garden with animals and a play park—and the Go High climbing park with over 100 different chal­len­ges, mountain bike tracks, and the op­portu­ni­ty for canoe trips in the moat. If the whole family wants to be active, Gerlev Play Park between Slagelse and Skælskør is also a great place, where tra­di­tio­nal games collected from all over Europe over the last 1,000 years are played. A trip to Co­pen­ha­gen is only an hour away, where the capital offers many exciting at­tra­ctions for the whole family.
