Welcome inside: Brand new, stylish holiday home built in 2023. The house features a combined kitchen and living room. The living room boasts large floor-to-ceiling windows, filling the space with light and air. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven, stovetop, dis­hwas­her, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and electric kettle. The living room opens onto a spacious wooden terrace with an unob­structed view of the Great Belt, a cozy dining area, and a sofa corner with a TV. From the living room, you can enjoy bre­ath­taking sea views.

There are two bathrooms with showers and un­der­floor heating. One of the bathrooms also includes a washing machine and dryer. The house has four bedrooms, two of which offer water views. Two bedrooms feature double beds, one has two single beds, and the fourth has a bunk bed with a lower bunk measuring 140x200 and an upper bunk of 90x200. The house is heated with a heat pump, wood stove, and electric heating.

Eve­rywhe­re on the property, you can hear the waves and soak in the gorgeous scenery. The holiday home also includes garden furniture, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.

The area features excellent swimming op­portu­ni­ties and de­light­ful coastal meadows. The home is located in a scenic area between Ka­lund­borg and Slagelse. Svallerup Strand, 1 km north of Bjerge Strand, is a quiet and peaceful sum­mer­hou­se area along the Great Belt, where nature and the beach take center stage. It is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 10 km south of Ka­lund­borg and 5 km from the nearest shopping fa­ci­li­ties.
