With a capacity for 8 people across two floors, the house features cozy living areas and ample room for togetherness. Two wood-burning stoves provide warmth and a comfortable atmosphere all year round. The house has a total of four bedrooms, three of which are equipped with two single beds. In two of these rooms, the beds can be combined into double beds.
The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, featuring two refrigerators, multiple gas burners, two convection ovens, a microwave, and two dishwashers. The holiday home offers two bathrooms with showers as well as three toilets, including a guest toilet. Underfloor heating is available in one of the bathrooms and the guest toilet, and there is both a bathtub and a sauna for complete relaxation and wellness.
Enjoy life outside: The house is situated on an impressive 68,000 m² plot, inviting you to enjoy walks and outdoor activities. The grounds consist of a varied mix of forest and open areas. Fishing enthusiasts will find ideal conditions with water just outside the door, and for those wanting a swim, a small beach is located on the other side of the dam. The house also features a terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, and parking facilities.
Get up close to the local attractions: Glænø, located 15 km southeast of Skælskør, is renowned for its beautiful nature and diverse landscape with hills and steep coastlines. The house is positioned near the dam leading to Glænø. About 4 km away on the island, you’ll find a small beach and a bird sanctuary perfect for hiking and birdwatching. Additionally, the view of Ormø, home to one of Europe’s largest cormorant colonies, is a must-see. With nearby towns like Korsør, Slagelse, and Skælskør, you can easily enjoy vibrant shopping opportunities.
