Welcome inside: The holiday home, which is bright and welcoming, features a combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen area has access to a partially covered terrace and is equipped with a ceramic stove, microwave, fridge with a small freezer, electric kettle, and coffee machine. The living room offers access to a large terrace with a view of the Great Belt, a cozy dining area, a wood-burning stove, and a TV.

The lovely, bright bathroom includes a shower and un­der­floor heating. The house has two bedrooms: one inside with a double bed and a cozy nook with a loft, suitable for two small children. In the lower part of the house, there is a charming, bright bedroom with a double bed and a heat pump. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space. A washing machine and dryer are available in the lower bedroom.

The house is heated with a heat pump, wood-burning stove, and electric heating. Free wireless internet is available, and final cleaning is mandatory.

Enjoy life outside: From the 922 m² plot, there is a partial sea view. A large wooden terrace wraps around the house, with a covered section providing shelter from wind and weather, making it ideal for outdoor dining and barbecues in any condition. The house is equipped with outdoor furniture, a parasol, and a gas grill. Please note that the house is located near a busy road.
