Beautiful luxury house, elevated on a plot at the lovely Drøs­sel­b­jerg Beach

Welcome inside: New, beautiful year-round insulated summer house from 2021, built in a modern ar­chi­tec­tu­ral style with an intimate and cozy holiday house at­mosp­he­re and a thought­ful interior design. The house features elegant and well-planned design elements. A large living room with a vaulted ceiling and large windows, divided into a dining area and living room, from which there is access to a partially covered wooden terrace. A lovely and fun­ctio­nal kitchen with ample space, in­te­gra­ted with the large living room. The kitchen includes induction cooktops, a built-in oven, microwave, dis­hwas­her, and fridge with freezer. Living room with a chaise longue sofa, a good dining area, Smart TV with Danish DR channels, as well as streaming options for TV2 Play, Netflix, and Viaplay (requires a personal subscrip­tion) and satellite with German channels. Two bathrooms, one with a shower niche, washing machine, and dryer, and another with a shower niche and bathtub. Four bedrooms, all with double beds (two single beds joined together). In addition, there is a loft with a large window and two extra sleeping places on mattres­ses.

The house is heated by an air-to-water heat pump, with water pumped through the floor for heating (this works in all rooms).

There is free wireless internet available. Final cleaning is mandatory.

Enjoy life outside: The house is located on an open 1883 m² plot. From the plot, there is a beautiful view of the area and a sea view of the Great Belt. There are two terraces: a screened wooden terrace with partial coverage in front of the house, and a tiled terrace behind the house. The holiday home is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, a grill, a tram­po­li­ne, a shelter, a football field, a fire pit, a swing set, a sandbox, and an outdoor shower.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday house is located on an elevated plot at Drøsselbjerg Beach. Drøsselbjerg, on the west coast of Zealand, is a charming holiday home area by Musholm Bay and the Great Belt. The area is very scenic and a peaceful summer house area. The beach is 400 meters away, where a bathing bridge is installed during the summer months. There are many good fishing spots along the coast off Drøsselbjerg, where the water is deep. It is 4 km to the nearest shopping at Stillinge Beach, which also features a lovely child-friendly sandy beach, several re­stau­rants, and an ice cream shop. 15 km from Drøsselbjerg, you will find Slagelse, the largest market town in West Zealand, with a wide range of shops, re­stau­rants, and cafes. Slagelse is also home to one of Denmark's largest military barracks, and every Wednesday, you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce the Royal Life Guards riding through the town. The sur­ro­un­ding area offers many excursion op­portu­ni­ties, including the Viking Fortress Trel­le­borg, Kragerup Manor with many acti­vi­ties such as tree-top ad­ven­tu­res, football golf, mountain biking (bikes can be rented), and canoeing on the moats. Pan­zer­mu­se­um East near Slagelse, which has an im­pres­si­ve col­lection of war materials and military vehicles from the Cold War. Birkegården Gardens – a 10,000 m² ex­pe­ri­en­ce garden with animals and a play park. Gerlev Play Park, which offers a thousand years of play culture for both children and adults, with classic games from around the world, Viking games, combat games, hide-and-seek, and tag games.
