The bright, newly renovated bathroom has a shower, washing machine, and underfloor heating. There are three bedrooms, all with double beds. The house is heated with a wood pellet stove and electric heating.

The holiday home is equipped with garden furniture and a grill.
Get up close to the local attractions: The summer house is located in the charming Røsnæs Strandpark area. The house is elevated yet very private, with no direct views from neighboring properties. It is set on a secluded plot in an attractive summer house area, just 300 meters from the beach. The house is situated on the northern side of the beautiful Røsnæs peninsula, not far from an 18-hole golf course. Røsnæs is both strikingly beautiful, rugged, wild, and serene, offering fantastic views over the sea and fjord. The Røsnæs peninsula is located near Kalundborg and is the westernmost point of Zealand. The beach is just 300 meters away, and the nearest grocery store is 3.3 km. Kalundborg, an harbor town located 8 km from the house, offers many shopping opportunities, restaurants, and activities.
