The bathroom has a shower. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The house is heated with a heat pump, a wood-burning stove, and electric heating.

Get up close to the local attractions: The house is situated at Kelstrup Beach with an open view of the surrounding fields and within walking distance of the water. It is only 600 meters to a good sandy beach with few stones, and during the summer months, a bathing jetty is installed. The nearest grocery store is 3 km away. The beach offers excellent sea trout fishing, especially in spring and autumn. Flatfish and cod can also be caught where the deep water comes closer to the shore. Kelstrup Beach is located approximately 10 km from Slagelse, the largest commercial town in West Zealand, offering plenty of shopping opportunities, cafés, and restaurants.
