The holiday home features a combined kitchen and living room. The bright kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Next to the kitchen, there is a cozy dining area. The lovely living room includes a leather sofa with a chaise lounge, a wood-burning stove, and a TV with a large Viasat program package.
The bright bathroom has tile floors, a shower, and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms:
One with a double bed
One with a one-and-a-half-size bed (120x200)
Additionally, there is an annex with a double bed.
The house is heated with a heat pump, wood-burning stove, and electric heating.
Free wireless internet access is available in the holiday home. Final cleaning is mandatory.
Enjoy life outside: The house sits on an 818 m² plot with three spacious, secluded paved terraces. Outdoor amenities include garden furniture and a grill.
Get up close to the local attractions: The holiday home is located 600 meters from the beach at Kongsmark Strand, and 2 km from shopping and dining options at Stillinge Strand. The house is peacefully situated with a lovely garden and only 100 meters from a communal area with swings and a football goal. A path leads from the house to the beach area.
