Welcome inside: The holiday home features a combined kitchen and living room. The new, bright kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room has access to a partially covered terrace and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The room features high ceilings. The seating area includes a large corner sofa and a TV with the Waoo small TV package.
A separate dining room provides access to the bedrooms and the loft. The spacious bathroom includes a shower niche and a spa.
There are two bedrooms:
One with a double bed
One with two single beds
Additionally, there is a loft with 3 sleeping spots on mattresses. An outbuilding includes a washing machine and freezer.
The house is heated with underfloor heating, which is present throughout the house
Free wireless internet (fiber optic) is available in the holiday home. Final cleaning is mandatory.
No rental to craftsmen for commercial purposes.
No rental to youth groups, where all members are between 15-25 years old.
Enjoy life outside: The house is situated on a 539 m² plot with a beautiful view of the water. In addition to the partially covered wooden terrace in front of the house, there is a large enclosed sun courtyard with an awning that can provide coverage.

Get up close to the local attractions: The holiday home is peacefully located in the scenic Bisserup area, only 200 meters from the coast. Bisserup Beach, which is 400 meters from the house, is a charming small beach. The beach itself is relatively modest in size, about 20-30 meters wide and around 110 meters long.
Bisserup is an idyllic holiday village with a cozy harbor atmosphere, beautiful forests, interesting dining options, and a grocery store. It’s not just the beautiful coastline that tempts visitors; within a 10-15 minute walk, you can reach Bisserup Harbor, where the masts of the yachts gently sway in the wind. Here, you can relax, have a meal, or enjoy an ice cream in the sun.
The surrounding area also features Kristiansholm Plantation, Rude Forest, and Holsteinborg Manor.
Just 15 minutes' drive from the house is Skælskør, a charming old market town with a quaint historic city center featuring half-timbered houses, courtyards, and cobblestone streets.
In the Næstved area, there are several excursion opportunities, including Bonbon-Land, one of the highlights. A trip to Copenhagen takes just over an hour.
