Com­fortab­le holiday home in an idyllic location with winter garden

Location
Roughly 14 km south of Sven­l­jun­ga, in the village Örsås, lies this com­fortab­le holiday home on a 1,600 square metre piece of land. On the one side of the property is the edge of a forest, on the other side are fields. The closest bigger city is Borås, 50 km away from the house. If you want to visit Göteborg you will have to drive around 100 km. Su­per­mar­kets, re­stau­rants, a cinema and a library can be found in Sven­l­jun­ga or in Tranemo. 900 metres from the house lies the Örsåssjön which offers good spots for fishing.

Fa­ci­li­ties
This holiday home offers its guests 100 square metres and has room for up to six people. In the living room you will find a fireplace, a bluray DVD player and a TV. The dining room and the kitchen are connected. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, dis­hwas­her and a fridge. There are three bedrooms: two of the bedrooms are furnished with one double bed each, the third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed for children. There also is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly to the winter garden, there is also a veranda with garden furniture and grill. There is electric heating in the house. If you need a baby bed, the owner of the house can provide you with one for 15 EUR per stay.

Special In­for­ma­tions
An at­tra­cti­ve cottage in quiet sur­ro­un­dings and with good op­portu­ni­ties to relax. Out of season arrival is possible every day of the week. In high season arrival and departure is only possible on Saturdays. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house. Bed linen and towels must be brought by yourself. Final cleaning is com­pulsory and costs 950 SEK, this must be paid on the spot, to the house owner. You have to pay a deposit of 160 EUR which will be charged after your departure based on the electri­ci­ty consump­tion during your stay. The steps at the front door and out to the con­ser­va­tory are not whe­el­chair ac­ces­sib­le. It is possible to use a wood-heated whirlpool for 15 EUR per day of use. For keen anglers, there are many fishing op­portu­ni­ties in the area.
