Welcome inside: A newer and very well-main­tai­ned EBK holiday home built in a modern ar­chi­tec­tu­ral style, offering an intimate and cozy holiday at­mosp­he­re with a fun­ctio­nal and easy-to-navigate layout centered around the spacious living room with large windows. The house includes a combined kitchen and living room.

The bright kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dis­hwas­her, and a re­fri­ge­ra­tor with freezer.

The spacious living room has access to a partially covered terrace, a vaulted ceiling, a cozy dining nook, sofas, and a TV with a Boxer subscrip­tion and Chro­mecast.

There are two bathrooms, both with shower niches, one of which has a washing machine.

The house has three bedrooms:

One with a double sofa bed

Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, a baby crib and high chair are available. The house is heated with a heat pump, wood stove, and electric heating.

Unlimited fiber internet access is available. Final cleaning is mandatory.

Not available for craftsmen or youth groups.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is located near Kobæk Beach, a popular and child-friendly sandy beach with a brand new, beautiful pier. You can easily cycle or drive to the charming center of Skælskør, which is only 3 km from the house.

In Skælskør, you will find a cozy harbor at­mosp­he­re, an idyllic old town center with half-timbered houses, cour­ty­ards, and cobb­le­sto­ne streets, along with a vibrant town life. You can also take walks in the protected natural area along Skælskør Fjord.

A few ki­lo­me­ters southwest of Skælskør is Stigsnæs, from where ferries depart for the islands Agersø and Omø, two charming islands with lovely harbors and beautiful nature.

You can also visit West Zealand's largest com­merci­al town, Slagelse, located 20 km away.

In the sur­ro­un­ding area, several manor houses are worth a visit. An excursion could also include a trip to BonBon-Land, an exciting and fun amusement park near Næstved.
