Welcome inside: The holiday home, partially renovated in 2023, is suitable for year-round use and features a combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a simple, clean design with white fronts and includes a ceramic stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with large windows, allowing plenty of light into the house. It also features a sofa, armchairs, a wood stove, and a TV with access to Danish DR programs (via app) and Chromecast, providing access to streaming services (requires personal login). Adjacent to the living room is a 14 m² integrated conservatory with large glass panels, which can be used most of the year. The conservatory has a cozy dining area and leads directly to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. There are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. The house is heated by a heat pump, wood stove, and electric heating.
Free wireless internet is available in the holiday home. Final cleaning is mandatory.
Enjoy life outside: The house sits on a 1,130 m² plot with a private garden and a west-facing, sheltered wooden terrace that invites complete relaxation. Additionally, there is an open east-facing tiled terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun. The house is equipped with garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, a fire pit, and various games.
Get up close to the local attractions: The holiday home offers a beautiful view over the open landscapes of Kongsmark Strand on the west coast of Zealand, just 600 meters from the beach and about 2.3 km from shopping and dining options at Stillinge Strand. The house is located in a quiet area. Kongsmark Strand is a sandy beach with some stones. From the beach, there is a lovely view of the Great Belt and the Great Belt Bridge. Nearby, you’ll find the charming market towns of Korsør, Slagelse, and Skælskør, all offering great shopping, cafes, restaurants, and plenty of opportunities for memorable experiences. The surrounding area offers many excursion possibilities, including the old Viking fortress Trelleborg, Birkegårdens Haver, a 10,000 m² experience garden with animals and a playground, Go High climbing park with over 100 different challenges, mountain bike tracks, and the possibility to take a canoe trip in the moat. If the whole family wants to stay active, Gerlev Legepark, located between Slagelse and Skælskør, is a great place to try old games collected from all over Europe over the last 1,000 years.
