The bathroom includes a shower, underfloor heating, and a washing machine. There are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed and a bunk bed (one bunk measuring 85x200). The house is heated by a heat pump and electric heating.

It is a great place for fishing enthusiasts and nature lovers. Svallerup Strand is a child-friendly beach with coarse sand. In Kalundborg, you will find an exciting harbor environment, a unique medieval district, many exhibitions, restaurants, and shops.
