Welcome inside: The holiday home features a combined kitchen and living room with a view of the fjord. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, and microwave. The living room has large windows that let in plenty of light and provide a great view of the area, as well as access to the terrace. It includes a good dining area, a sofa, armchairs, a wood-burning stove, and a TV with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and German channels. There is also a DVD player. The bathroom has a handheld shower. The house has three bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200), one with a single bed (80x180), and one with a bunk bed (80x195). Heating is provided via a heat pump, wood-burning stove, and electric heating.

Final cleaning is mandatory.
Note: The house is not rented out to tradespeople or youth groups.
Enjoy life outside: The house sits on a large natural plot of 4850 m² with wooden terraces on several sides, offering stunning views of Kalundborg Fjord. The fjord provides breathtaking sunsets and a maritime atmosphere, with ships sailing in and out of the fjord to Kalundborg Harbor. The area is peaceful, and deer are often spotted on the property. There are many cozy outdoor seating areas, allowing you to find both sunshine and shelter from the wind at any time. The property includes private access to Kalundborg Golf Course and borders a recreational area with a sheepfold, making it ideal for golf enthusiasts and nature lovers. Outdoor amenities include garden furniture, a grill, and a fire pit.

The summer house is located in a scenic area on Røsnæs with a beautiful view of Kirkebugten Bay and Kalundborg Fjord. The area offers wonderful walking opportunities along the bay and beach, as well as in the nearby hilly, protected natural areas. The terrain is varied and exciting. Just 500 meters from the house, you’ll find an 18-hole golf course, and 2.3 km away lies Denmark’s largest vineyard. At the tip of Røsnæs, 8 km from the house, there is a protected area with unique nature and numerous hiking and biking trails.
Kalundborg town center is 8 km away, offering a variety of grocery stores, specialty shops, cafés, and restaurants. In the medieval part of the town, you can explore the old quarter and the five-towered church. The beach (a pebble beach with a bathing jetty during summer) is 600 meters away, and the nearest grocery store is 3.8 km away.
